隐私政策
1. 适用范围
本政策说明 papax骑行相机（英文名 papax highlights，以下简称“本 App”）如何处理您在使用录像、骑行记录、视频编辑、导出和分享功能时涉及的信息。
2. 本 App 处理的数据
在您授权并使用相应功能时，本 App 可能在设备上处理：
- 相机与麦克风：录制骑行视频和现场声音；
- 精确位置：记录轨迹，并计算速度、距离及路线展示；
- 运动与设备传感器：处理姿态、加速度、旋转速度和气压数据，用于骑行分析和视频仪表信息；
- 照片权限：仅在您主动选择时，把导出的视频写入系统相册；
- App 设置与本地文件信息：保存拍摄偏好、编辑项目、视频及其配套数据，并维持文件完整性。
3. 数据存储与收集
视频、音频、路线和传感器数据默认存储在本 App 的本地容器内。本 App 当前不提供账户系统，不接入广告或第三方分析 SDK，也不会将这些数据直接传送到开发者运营的服务器。因此，就 Apple 对 App 隐私标签所称的“收集”而言，开发者当前不收集来自本 App 的数据。
设备备份是否包含 App 数据取决于您的 iOS、iCloud 或电脑备份设置，并由相应平台及您的设置管理。
4. 系统服务与第三方处理
为了把记录中的坐标显示为可读地点名称，本 App 可能调用 Apple 提供的地理编码服务。在该功能可用时，相关坐标会由 iOS 系统服务处理，并受 Apple 的条款和隐私政策约束。除此之外，本 App 当前不向第三方服务发送骑行视频、音频、路线或传感器数据。
5. 分享与导出
只有当您主动选择“分享”“导出”或“保存到相册”等操作时，相应文件才会离开本 App 的本地容器。后续处理取决于您选择的目标 App、服务或接收方的隐私政策。
6. 权限控制
您可以在 iOS“设置”中随时查看、限制或撤销相机、麦克风、定位、运动与健身以及照片权限。撤销权限不会删除已经保存在设备上的文件，但可能使相关功能无法继续使用。
7. 保留与删除
本地数据会一直保留，直到您在本 App 中删除相关记录、删除本 App，或通过系统文件管理功能移除数据。删除前请自行备份需要保留的内容。
8. 儿童隐私
本 App 不以儿童为特定目标用户，也不会有意通过开发者服务器收集儿童个人信息。儿童应在监护人指导下使用，并遵守当地关于骑行和设备使用的规定。
9. 跨境处理
由于核心数据保存在用户设备上，开发者不会主动将其传输到其他国家或地区。您主动选择的分享服务、设备备份服务或 Apple 系统服务可能在不同地区处理数据，具体以相关服务的政策为准。
10. 政策更新
当 App 功能、数据处理方式或法律要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策，并在本页面标注新的生效日期。若变化重大，我们会通过适当方式提示。

Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy explains how papax highlights (Chinese name: papax骑行相机, the “App”) handles information when you use its recording, ride logging, video editing, export, and sharing features.
2. Data processed by the App
With your permission and when you use the relevant features, the App may process the following data on your device:
- Camera and microphone: ride video and ambient audio;
- Precise location: route recording, speed and distance calculation, and route presentation;
- Motion and device sensors: device attitude, acceleration, rotation rate, and barometric data for ride analysis and video dashboards;
- Photos access: write access only when you choose to save an exported video to Photos;
- App settings and local file information: capture preferences, editing projects, videos and companion data, and information needed to maintain file integrity.
3. Storage and collection
Videos, audio, routes, and sensor data are stored in the App's local container by default. The App currently has no account system, advertising, or third-party analytics SDKs, and does not directly transmit this data to servers operated by the developer. Accordingly, under Apple's definition of “collection” for App Privacy disclosures, the developer currently does not collect data from the App.
Whether App data is included in a device backup depends on your iOS, iCloud, or computer backup settings and is managed by the relevant platform and your choices.
4. System services and third-party processing
To display a recorded coordinate as a readable place name, the App may use Apple's geocoding service. When this feature is available, the relevant coordinate is processed by iOS system services under Apple's terms and privacy policy. The App does not currently send ride video, audio, routes, or sensor data to other third-party services.
5. Sharing and export
A file leaves the App's local container only when you intentionally choose an action such as Share, Export, or Save to Photos. Its subsequent handling is governed by the privacy terms of the destination app, service, or recipient you select.
6. Permission controls
You can review, restrict, or revoke Camera, Microphone, Location, Motion & Fitness, and Photos permissions at any time in iOS Settings. Revoking a permission does not delete files already stored on your device, but related features may stop working.
7. Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you delete the relevant recording in the App, remove the App, or delete the data through system file-management features. Back up any content you wish to keep before deleting it.
8. Children's privacy
The App is not specifically directed to children and the developer does not knowingly collect children's personal information through developer-operated servers. Children should use it with guardian supervision and follow local cycling and device-use rules.
9. International processing
Because core data remains on the user's device, the developer does not actively transfer it to other countries or regions. A sharing service you choose, a device-backup service, or an Apple system service may process data in different regions under its own policy.
10. Updates
We may update this policy when App features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
