隱私政策
1. 適用範圍
本政策說明 Papax Highlights（以下簡稱「本 App」）如何處理您在使用錄影、騎行記錄、影片編輯、匯出和分享功能時涉及的資訊。
2. 本 App 處理的資料
在您授權並使用相應功能時，本 App 可能在裝置上處理：
- 相機與麥克風：錄製騎行影片和現場聲音；
- 精確位置：記錄軌跡，並計算速度、距離及路線展示；
- 運動與裝置感測器：處理姿態、加速度、旋轉速度和氣壓資料，用於騎行分析和影片儀表資訊；
- 照片權限：僅在您主動選擇時，把匯出的影片寫入系統相簿；
- App 設定與本地檔案資訊：儲存拍攝偏好、剪輯專案、影片及其配套資料，並維持檔案完整性。
3. 資料儲存與收集
影片、音訊、路線和感測器資料預設儲存在本 App 的本地容器內。本 App 目前不提供帳號系統，不接入廣告或第三方分析 SDK，也不會將這些記錄上傳到開發者營運的伺服器。地點名稱和天氣查詢涉及的位置處理見下節；“本地儲存”不表示所有功能都不聯網。
裝置備份是否包含 App 資料取決於您的 iOS、iCloud 或電腦備份設定，並由相應平台及您的設定管理。
4. 系統服務與第三方處理
- 地點名稱：開啟“聯網獲取地點名稱”時，本 App 使用記錄或剪輯起終點的座標呼叫 Apple 的地理編碼服務，以獲得可讀地點名稱。查詢結果會在裝置上快取。您可在“設定 → 權限與隱私”關閉新的查詢；已有快取會保留。
- 天氣：啟用片頭的“顯示天氣”且素材符合查詢條件時，本 App 將取自素材的位置發送給 Apple WeatherKit 查詢天氣。查詢不會附帶您的影片、音訊或完整軌跡。您可以在剪輯的片頭設定中關閉天氣展示。Apple 說明，WeatherKit 使用位置提供天氣，不將其與個人身分資訊關聯，也不跨請求追蹤位置。
- 外部網頁：主動打開隱私政策、支援或天氣資料來源連結時，瀏覽器會連接相應網站；這些網站可能接收 IP 地址等提供網頁所需的資訊。
Apple 服務的資料處理請參閱 Apple 隱私政策與 WeatherKit 說明。本 App 不會把錄製檔案發送給雲端 AI 服務；畫面和行程分析在裝置上執行。
5. 分享與匯出
當您主動選擇“分享”或“儲存到相簿”等操作時，相應檔案會提供給您選擇的目標。匯出畫面可能包含您啟用的時間、地點、路線、儀表或天氣資訊；分享前請檢查內容。後續處理取決於目標 App、服務或接收方的隱私政策。系統備份和檔案共享也可能複製本地檔案，取決於您的裝置設定。
6. 權限控制
您可以在 iOS“設定”中隨時查看、限制或撤銷相機、麥克風、定位、運動與健身以及照片權限。撤銷權限不會刪除已經儲存在裝置上的檔案，但可能使相關功能無法繼續使用。
7. 保留與刪除
本地資料會一直保留，直到您在本 App 中刪除相關記錄、刪除本 App，或通過系統檔案管理功能移除資料。刪除前請自行備份需要保留的內容。
8. 兒童隱私
本 App 不以兒童為特定目標使用者，也不會有意通過開發者伺服器收集兒童個人資訊。兒童應在監護人指導下使用，並遵守當地關於騎行和裝置使用的規定。
9. 跨境處理
由於核心資料儲存在使用者裝置上，開發者不會主動將其傳輸到其他國家或地區。您主動選擇的分享服務、裝置備份服務或 Apple 系統服務可能在不同地區處理資料，具體以相關服務的政策為準。
10. 政策更新
當 App 功能、資料處理方式或法律要求發生變化時，我們可能更新本政策，並在本頁面標註新的生效日期。若變化重大，我們會通過適當方式提示。

5. 分享与导出
当您主动选择“分享”或“保存到相册”等操作时，相应文件会提供给您选择的目标。导出画面可能包含您启用的时间、地点、路线、仪表或天气信息；分享前请检查内容。后续处理取决于目标 App、服务或接收方的隐私政策。系统备份和文件共享也可能复制本地文件，取决于您的设备设置。
6. 权限控制
您可以在 iOS“设置”中随时查看、限制或撤销相机、麦克风、定位、运动与健身以及照片权限。撤销权限不会删除已经保存在设备上的文件，但可能使相关功能无法继续使用。

Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy explains how Papax Highlights (the “App”) handles information when you use its recording, ride logging, video editing, export, and sharing features.
2. Data processed by the App
With your permission and when you use the relevant features, the App may process the following data on your device:
- Camera and microphone: ride video and ambient audio;
- Precise location: route recording, speed and distance calculation, and route presentation;
- Motion and device sensors: device attitude, acceleration, rotation rate, and barometric data for ride analysis and video dashboards;
- Photos access: write access only when you choose to save an exported video to Photos;
- App settings and local file information: capture preferences, editing projects, videos and companion data, and information needed to maintain file integrity.
3. Storage and collection
Videos, audio, routes, and sensor data are stored in the App's local container by default. The App has no account system, advertising, or third-party analytics SDKs, and does not upload these recordings to developer-operated servers. Place-name and weather queries process location as described below; local storage does not mean that every feature operates offline.
Whether App data is included in a device backup depends on your iOS, iCloud, or computer backup settings and is managed by the relevant platform and your choices.
4. System services and third-party processing
- Place names: When online place-name lookup is enabled, the App sends the start or end coordinate of a recording or edit to Apple's geocoding service. Results are cached on your device. You can stop new queries in Settings → Permissions and Privacy; previously cached names remain available.
- Weather: When opening-title weather is enabled and the recording meets the query conditions, the App sends a location from the recording to Apple WeatherKit. Queries do not include your video, audio, or full route. You can turn off weather display in the edit's opening-title settings. Apple states that WeatherKit uses location to provide weather, does not associate it with personally identifiable information, and does not track it between requests.
- External webpages: Opening privacy, support, or weather-source links connects your browser to the relevant website, which may receive information such as your IP address to serve the page.
See Apple's Privacy Policy and WeatherKit information for Apple's processing practices. The App does not send recordings to cloud AI services; visual and journey analysis runs on your device.
5. Sharing and export
Actions such as Share or Save to Photos provide files to your selected destination. Exported images may contain enabled time, place, route, dashboard, or weather information; review the content before sharing. Subsequent handling is governed by the destination app, service, or recipient. System backups and file sharing may also copy local files according to your device settings.
6. Permission controls
You can review, restrict, or revoke Camera, Microphone, Location, Motion & Fitness, and Photos permissions at any time in iOS Settings. Revoking a permission does not delete files already stored on your device, but related features may stop working.
7. Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you delete the relevant recording in the App, remove the App, or delete the data through system file-management features. Back up any content you wish to keep before deleting it.
8. Children's privacy
The App is not specifically directed to children and the developer does not knowingly collect children's personal information through developer-operated servers. Children should use it with guardian supervision and follow local cycling and device-use rules.
9. International processing
Because core data remains on the user's device, the developer does not actively transfer it to other countries or regions. A sharing service you choose, a device-backup service, or an Apple system service may process data in different regions under its own policy.
10. Updates
We may update this policy when App features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
