請提供裝置型號、iOS 版本、App 版本與操作步驟。您可選擇附上截圖；請先遮蔽不想分享的位置、人臉或其他個人資訊。無須提供密碼或驗證碼。
常見問題
- 無法拍攝：請至 iOS「設定」檢查相機、麥克風、定位與動作感測器權限，以及可用儲存空間。
- 無法儲存至相簿：請確認照片新增權限與裝置空間，並保留原始素材，方便再次匯出。
- 剪輯或預覽發生問題：請記下錯誤訊息、素材長度及操作步驟，透過上述信箱聯絡。
- 地點名稱或天氣沒有出現：相關功能需要網路；天氣僅在素材符合查詢條件時提供。
- 資料在哪裡：影片、軌跡與編輯工程預設保存在裝置內。移除 App 前，請先備份需要保留的內容。

Email wp.tisa@gmail.com with your device model, iOS and app versions, error message, and steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots are optional. Redact personal details before sharing. Never send passwords or verification codes.
For capture or photo-saving problems, check permissions and available storage. Back up recordings before removing the app. Place names and weather require an internet connection; weather is available only for eligible footage.
